Sinit Canada Immigration Consultancy Corp. is a New Westminster, British Columbia, based Immigration and Refugee Law advisory and consulting firm, which has a physical presence in Kampala, Uganda. The new name of the company is compatible with the naming of entities in Uganda and, hence, Sinit Canada Immigration Consultancy Co. SMC Limited. Founded in 2023, the company’s name, Sinit, stems from Tigrinya, a native language of its founder and director, which means harmony and cohesion. The word ‘Sinit’ has been picked based on two wishes with a global and local line of thought. The founder’s dream of witnessing peace and stability in the world and his willingness to pick the immigration program coherent to the interest and needs of his clients. Our company has provided solutions to both immigrants who move for a greener pasture and to refugees who fled their country in search of safety and security. The company has been capably ploughed back the transferable skills the founder and director gained from working with Humanest Migration Corporation in Calgary, Alberta and from his own experience as an international student, a temporary foreign worker (TFW), a permanent resident and as a Canadian and a Swiss citizen. The typical practice areas that the company is currently working on are family class, refugee class and temporary residents’ class. We will begin providing consulting and representation services for applicants for economic immigration programs. Led by a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant Immigration and Refugee Board (RCIC-IRB), Mr. Binyam YEMANE TEKLE, the firm is supported a caring and trilingual staff who facilitate the communication with clients in French, English and Swahili.
