Immigration consultation and advice
Our communication with our clients usually follows two steps: initial consultation and
service agreement. In our initial consultation meeting, we cannot emphasize enough the
importance of Know Your Client (KYC) in our first encounter with our clients. We do our
best to fully identify the immigration history and current situation of our client and what
they intend to do in their future. In so doing, we analyze the possible immigration routes,
the eligibility requirements, the probability of success and the associated costs.
The RCIC-IRB provides in-person services to clients in Kampala, Uganda and online to
customers anywhere in the world. Customers who seek our professional services are
kindly requested to call any one of our two phone numbers: our line in British Columbia,
Canada, (+1) 6043886440 and our line in Kampala, Uganda + 256 708116396.
Alternatively, customers are encouraged to send a brief message through our Contact Us
section on this site. To facilitate communication, we will also be happy to communicate
with our customers via WhatsApp, MS Teams, Zoom, Google Meet or other
communication platforms besides our phone lines and email address.
During our initial consultation meeting, our customers receive full and undivided attention,
and they are at all times required to pay a non-refundable consultation fee.

Full representation
After our initial consultation, our clients go for full representation and hire our services in
preparing and submitting their application package for the immigration programs that are
eligible for. To assess their eligibility for the immigration program under consideration, we
first clearly explain the requirements of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act
(IRPA) and the Immigration and Refugee Protection Regulations (IRPA), which provide
specific procedural instructions to implement the Act. Then, we proceed with analyzing
the required supporting documents, carefully inputting the data gathered from the client
in the required forms, providing the clients for review, incorporating any additional
information and changes necessary upon feedback from the client and making it ready
for the client’s signature.
In parallel, because any deviation from the fact or any error occurred in completing the
forms can make or break the deal, we take the task of data cleaning and quality assurance
seriously. In so doing, we are competent to represent the client before the Immigration,
Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC), the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA)
and the Immigration and Refugee Board (IRB). The full representation service is usually
based on a flat fee that we determine during our initial consultation or thereafter. The
payment structure also considers installment plan in case we are convinced that the client
cannot pay the amount due within the required payment.

No Application Package Review
Our company has already listed the type of services it provides to clients: Initial
consultation and advice as well as Full Representation. In the interest of the prospective
/ potential applicant and our company, our company does not provide application package
review service. There are two reasons for this. Firstly, such a service requires our
company to carry out a detailed review of the pieces of information, forms and documents
that support their application and to comb through for any missing item from A to Z, a
huge task that requires more time, energy, follow up than if we are to start the application
from the scratch and complete in consultation with the applicants the required
documentation. Experience has shown us that it is not in the best interest of both: the
applicant and our company.
Secondly, a reason that is related to the first one, even if we are to provide a service, we
will not be sure if the client incorporates the comments, inputs and feedback in the
application package, however detailed our assessment is. Our company will not have a
piece of mind that its client and itself want to have. It might be ok if the application is
approved. However, problems may pop up if the application is rejected because there is
a trace of our company in their application. At this juncture, the company would like to
emphasize that it does NOT give a guarantee that the application that it submits on behalf
of its clients will be approved. No. It is the Canadian immigration / visa officer who makes
the final decision, not our company. Yet, our company helps to assess the eligibility of the
client to apply for a certain immigration program, and, if convinced, it helps them to
navigate the immigration application process and to prepare a strong application package
that can help to increase the chance of approval.
